We encourage all levels of TO’s to volunteer – if you need a mentor just add that in the comments when you sign up. Weigh-in refs need a minimum of club level referee to take on this role. Just log into your QWA account if you need to do the online training in preparation for volunteering.

Remember to bring your Blue Cards if you are going to be active in the field of play (FOP) when U18’s are competing.

DRESS CODE FOR VOLUNTEERS

State Masters: white shirt, navy trousers/skirt or dress shorts and black shoes – no jackets 🙂

This applies to Referees, including weigh-in referees, Time Keeper, Marshals & Technical Controllers.

MC’s and computer operators can dress as above or wear a QWA shirt.

Oly in the Outback

This applies to Referees, including weigh-in referees, Time Keeper, Marshals & Technical Controllers:

white shirt, navy trousers/skirt or dress shorts and black shoes OR QWA shirt

MC’s and computer operators can dress as above or wear a QWA shirt.

Loaders for both to wear either a QWA shirt/Club shirt/plain shirt and must have closed in shoes.
