State Junior & U23 Championships Wrap-up.

The 2024 State Junior & U23 Championships was held at Ipswich Weightlifting Club on Sunday 14th April.  With 40 entries the event was conducted over just the one day.

A BIG thankyou to the IWC crew for all their hard work to make sure this event was such a success. Female numbers once again dominated the male participation numbers, and numerous new personal bests were set by the participants.

This event was also used to publicise our collaboration with the White Cloud Foundation. The raffle prize supplied by Rydges Fortitude Valley was taken home by a very excited Sonia Stenhouse.
