We are now seeking your assistance to run the upcoming State Junior & Senior championships. With 140 athletes it is going to be a very busy 3 days of competition.
All athletes are required to volunteer to assist for at least one session.

Upgrades from club to State, and State to National will be available at this event. Remember to put yourself down for 2 Sessions at a minimum to meet the practical assessment requirements for upgrades.
Remember: you must wear a one-piece lifting suit to compete in this event. Generic QWA black suits an be found in the QWA Shop: All – Queensland Weightlifting Note that no additional supplies will be coming in before the event.
