Under 12s – StrongKids
Our StrongKids program introduces children under 12 to the joy of movement. Aligned with the Australian Sports Commission’s
Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model, StrongKids focuses on bodyweight movements, safe strength, and the basics of Olympic lifting—all in a fun, supportive environment.
 
Under 15 & Youth
  1. Building Strength for Your Sport – Improve speed, strength, and coordination to excel in any sport.
  2. Learning the Basics with Qualified Coaches – Accredited coaches ensure safe technique and age-appropriate training.
  3. Training with Peers – Supportive sessions alongside athletes of the same age.
