The Queensland Weightlifting Association (QWA) is seeking expressions of interest from members and supporters to join the event support team for the upcoming Australian Weightlifting Federation (AWF) Masters Championships.

Event Dates: Monday 20th – Friday 24th October, 2025
EOI Closing Date: Monday 6th October, 2025
This national event will bring together the country’s masters lifters to compete for championship titles, and we need your help to make it a success.
We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist in a range of roles, including:
- Team Leader
- Head Coach
- Staff Coach
- Personal Coach
Volunteering at a national championship is a fantastic way to contribute to the sport, gain experience behind the scenes, and be part of an exciting week of lifting.
