Queensland Weightlifting welcomes membership from Masters athletes, aged 35 years or older.
Athletes are Masters from the first of January in the year that they turn 35.
The Australian Masters Weightlifting scene has flourished in recent years with growing numbers of older males and females continuing weightlifting as a lifelong activity or commencing the sport for the first time.
