How and Why Did You Start Weightlifting?
I began weightlifting at age 11years, I was a shot put and discuss thrower at school.
I went to the weights room at the school gym and was doing weights for throwing when I was approached to lift in the SAMBOY CHIPS clean & Jerk competition.
I lifted and the coach asked me to come back so I did.
